RESPONSABILITATI

HRA, as part of the management team of company is responsible for the overall management of human recourses in line with the business areas strategic priorities and company core principles and values. HRA is responsible for the assessment, development and implementation of key HR tools in adequate respond to the needs of company’s staff.
HRA is working within a business locally, creating strategic clarity, making change happen, building human capital, ensuring the quality assurance and alignment of all HR services to the business, ensuring compliance with HR rules and regulations.


1. Create strategic clarity
- Support managers in turning business strategy into department objectives

2. Make change happen
- Proactively initiate change and support managers in other change initiatives
- Coach managers in how to deal with the different phases of change and employee reactions

3. Organizational change
- Analyze, propose organization structure to fit needs and support managers in redundancy situations

4. Build human capital
- Provide managers with effective techniques for attracting, retaining and developing the right people for company for today and future needs
- Support managers in : resourcing, competence development, performance management,
motivational plans

5. Ensure compliance to HR rules and regulations

6. Ensure quality assurance and alignment of all HR services to the business

- Adhere to the policies, procedures and tools delivered by the global processes in order to maintain a consistent global approach to people management

7. Leadership
- Coach managers in daily work
- Analyze competence development needs for leaders and plan for actions
- Assess employee satisfaction

- Create salary & benefits strategy


CERINTE

- Education:
Master degree in HR management, Psychology, Business administration or other relevant
- Professional experience
At least 2 year experience in human resource field
- Competencies required
Skills and accomplishments
- General HR knowledge / Local labor legislation and policies awareness
- Ability to have a clear link between the HR and the business strategy
- Proactively take own initiatives to change
- To be focused on delivering results
- To participate in and drive change projects that are important for the business, not only HR projects
- Organizational diagnosis
- Basic financial knowledge
- Stakeholder analysis
- Written and spoken English is a must
