- Support EMEA HR professionals in the use of a variety of Human Capital management solutions based on the SAP platform. Responsibilities include the regional management and interface role with our outsourced vendor in charge of tier 1 HR support, leveraging the utilization of the vendor across the HR processes while working to improve the transactional model
- Work profile includes, through a multicultural approach and strong project management capabilities; consulting/training on proper systems use, identifying and troubleshooting reported systems issues, performing user acceptance testing on new systems enhancements, documenting systems related processes, implementing, coordinating and communicating activities/processes among global HR Operations resources.
- Position will also be in charge of HR Audit and compliance activities at a regional level and data protection management for the entire HR regional data and systems.
- You will partner also with external vendors, Information Technology teams and Audit & compliance managers.
-In terms of skills and experience you will have had significant experience on ERP HR systems (SAP, Peoplesoft…) and participated in the implementation and definition of these tools. You will work remotely with a regional and a global team in an international/multicultural environment where you will demonstrate strong project management and interpersonal skills to manage and influence on strategic and complex projects.
- Ideally you already have 5+ years experience in System support and project management providing end user/consulting support on Human Resources systems such as master data management, HR reporting and data privacy.
- An experience with SAP systems and serving as a liaison to Information Technology developer personnel will be preferred.
- Strong Project management skills and experience of leading/driving complex international projects is an essential requirement for your success in this job.
- You have also already run and participated to different audits or compliance assessments.
-You will have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Information Systems, and a qualification/professional certification or 5+ years experience in project management or in Human Resources Management (with a process/systems emphasis).
