RESPONSABILITATI

This position is accountable for a specific business area with responsibility for Deliverables and Team Leading. All Client related activities, standard and non-standard, within the specified business are to be delivered to a high standard. The activities of the staff within the assigned team are to be effectively coordinated and reported.
The role holder shall:
• Perform Transactions on Client HR Systems.
• Action Client requests.
• Solve Client Problems.
• Improve results and performance.
• Produce operational metrics and reports.
• Give effective direction to the assigned team members, ensures service levels are met.
• Coaches / mentors assigned team members and gives constructive feedback.
• Have regular client interaction.
• Understand and adhere to Data Protection Criteria.


CERINTE

- Bachelor degree
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- At least 6 months experience in managing a team
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing.
- Leadership abilities.
- Good Client handling skills.
- Good communications, written and oral.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach.
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks.
- Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team
