You will be coordinating the Human Resources team which provides services for one of the Spanish clients of the company.
You will have to:
- Perform Transactions on Client HR Systems.
- Action Client requests.
- Solve Client Problems.
- Give effective direction to the assigned team members, ensures service levels are met.
- Coache / mentor assigned team members and give constructive feedback.
- Have regular client interaction.
You need:
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- 6 months experience in managing a team.
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing.
- Leadership abilities.
- Good Client handling skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
- Positive attitude and approach.
