RESPONSABILITATI

• Supervise the team (clarify the process to the team, solve the issues, responsible for the escalation, organize the operation backups for the vacation period for instance).
• Understand the context of the client: specific relationship (trust relationship between the client and Accenture based on long term coordination).
• Cope with the client process expert in order to identify, clarify and solve the issues.
• Maintain a team spirit within the team (motivate the resources, be sure that the correct resources are on the good position, to schedule training session for them, to communicate to the team the main Accenture and client information, to provide feedbacks to the team).
• To be in contact with client management, to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service Accenture provides.


CERINTE

• At least 1 year work experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum 2 years work experience in human resources field
• Fluent knowledge of both Spanish and English
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent process and documentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients, team members and colleagues
• Excellent PC skills
• Proven ability to work on own initiative, problem-solving skills
