RESPONSABILITATI

- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs;
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills;
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals;
- Prepare and maintain employment records;
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate;
- Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary;
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures;
- Prepare the individual work contract;
- Record employees information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records;
- Maintain/update the personnel database and personnel files as appropriate;
- Collaborate with the salary and personnel administration services provider’s representatives;
- Prepare and verify the monthly time sheets;
- Prepare the documents requested by the employees (income proof, medical proof, etc.);
- Keep the evidence of holidays, medical leaves, etc.;
- Maintain the relationship with the Work Chamber;
- Establish management system of company and assist department officer to set up its position and staffing ;
- Assist officers with relative business.

Our company is looking for rich experience applicant to fill in the position for region sales managers, motor sales manager and bike sales manager. We also need telesales who can answer the phone in order to provide information. More information will be given during the interview. IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline ( preferably in Psychology);
- 2 years of experience in recruiting field, in relation with Work Chamber;
- Fluency in English ( both spoken and written);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or part of the team
- Proactive attitude, ability to meet deadlines;
- Good PC skills : Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Solid knowledge of the Romanian Labor Legislation and practice
