- At present we are looking for a
HR Specialist in the Training Dept.
Acting as part of the Training Department, you will have some of the following responsibilities:
- monitoring and evaluating the already existing training suppliers
- evaluating and forecasting the training needs for each department, finding in advance suitable suppliers
- permanently searching the training market for potential suppliers in accordance with the existing or possible needs of the company departments
- offering support in the HR software implementation
- acting as interface between the HQ training department and the different training facilities in the company in Bucharest and on a regional level
- monitoring the development of the training processes and reporting to the Training Manager
- maintaining a close relation with the departments¿ managers in the company, offering support in the following areas:
- the assessment of training needs of employees
- the evaluation of the training programs¿ quality
- participating in the training related projects, as well as in the developing of training procedures
- participating in employees surveys projects related to the satisfaction and motivation degree.
- Fluency in English
- Sound computer knowledge
- University graduated
- Over 3 years HR experience in the training field
- Working experience in a multinational environment, in a company with over 100 employees, but consultancy experience is also looked for
- Analytical mind, detail oriented and keen for procedures
- Diplomatic approach, very good interpersonal skills
- Resistance to ambiguity and multiple challenges
