Responsibilities:
· Being responsible for the recruitment and selection process;
· Drafting the necessary documents and reports for the recruiting and hiring process;
· Maintaining records and drafting work books;
· Being responsible for implementing disciplinary sanctions;
· Supervising the staff's movement and transfers within the company;
· Participating actively in the environment, health and security programs (audits, suggestions regarding work health and
security);
· Implementing procedures regarding document management (document maintenance, actualisation, recording, accuracy as
well as additional understandings);
· Supervising the remuneration politics as well as the additional benefits (updating the payment scales and participating in
salary surveys);
· Holding an evidence of the working time schedule and drafting reports and analysis;
· Presenting information and perfecting the medical insurance policies at the National Health Insurance Company;
· Being responsible for insuring exemptions and personal allowances.
· University degree;
· Computer operating skills (MS Office);
· Good knowledge of labour legislation;
· Good communication skills;
· Result oriented;
· Good cooperation skills.
