-Manages relation with recruiting services providers;
- Organises selection interviews and administrates specific tests;
- Evaluates all selected candidates and offers support to the department manager in the final decision process;
- Takes part in job fairs and other specific events;
- Designs and implements recruiting strategies specific to the needs of the company;
- Supports other activities of the department
- Draws up specific human resources reports
- University degree, preferably psychology or economical studies;
- Over 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Positive, enthusiastic, self-starter;
- Results driven;
- Interviewing skills and techniques, internal advisory and consulting skills;
- Good PC skills - Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Very good English level (spoken & written);
