RESPONSABILITATI

Develops and deploys the recruitment and selection plans for entry and middle level positions
Defines in collaboration with the Hiring Manager job profiles
Analyzes and decides upon the most successful recruitment strategies and channels and creates job advertisements
Organizes psychological assessments of candidates
Conducts competencies based selection interviews and make the appropriate interviews reports
Responds in real time to all employees’ requests and provides guidelines
Manages the relation with the personnel administration and payroll consultants and ensure the quality of the service
Has initiatives regarding learning solutions to be implemented based on training needs
Delivers induction training sessions and ensure administrative support for external trainings
Offers administrative support for the performance appraisal process


CERINTE

Sound knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, organizational behavior, labour legislation, HR general policies and procedures.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, assertiveness
Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, great relationship-building skills
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Good sense of initiative, reliability and willingness to accept responsibilities
Ability to organize, set priorities and drive to bring projects to successful finish
High sense of confidentiality
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
