- Make connection with recruitment agency.
- Establish a cooperation relationship with colleges and universities.
- Keep the liaison with related public authorities
- Processing and analyzing personnel reports and statistics.
- University graduate;
- 3 years experience in recruitment and hiring;
- Personnel Inspector Certificate is a plus;
- Experience in payroll and administrating personnel field min. is a plus
- Very good computer skils (Excel, Word, payroll software);
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Labour legislation;
- Good communication skills, customer focus.
