RESPONSABILITATI

• Participates in recruiting events and sourcing activities
• Designs/ revises processes and assists managers in performance and employee satisfaction evaluation
• Manages the relationship with external providers involved in HR processes (recruiting, payroll, training), financial department and labor authorities
• Implements organizational culture
• Creating reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
• Manages employees' files, creates and maintains of various documents requested for employees, authorities
• Determines training needs, areas where improvement is needed (training and career development)


CERINTE

• University degree
• HR certificate is an asset
• at least 2 years previous experience as a recruiter in the HR department
• knowledge of payroll and labour legislation
• passion for improvement, innovation and creativity
• communicative, open minded
• ability to plan, organize and prioritize activities
• experience in multicultural environments and large companies
• self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish tasks independently
• very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet applications)
• excellent English language skills
