RESPONSABILITATI

OBJECTIVES
In line with the Alcatel-Lucent Human Resources strategy to implement a new Service Delivery Model based upon a shared HR Service Center (currently located in Romania), the objectives of the job are to:
- Develop the HR services offering ensured by the shared HR Service Center (HRSC) all over the EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) :
- Geographical deployment: Manage the implementation of Existing Services in new countries.
- Functional deployment: Manage New Services from end to end across all EMEA countries (from new service identification until implementation and knowledge Transfer to HR Service Center).
- Liaise with the HR Service Center in Romania for service transition.

MISSIONS / TASKS
- Conduct workshops with process owners to Analyze AS-IS Processes and design
a simplified/optimized TO-BE Processes involving the HRSC.

- Define and follow-up timeline for service delivery.
- Build Communication Plan.
- Define the service in details: Forms, Templates, Check List, Tools.
- Write all the Operational Procedures in cooperation with the HRSC and/or the HR internal customers: Standard Operating Overview, Detailed Operating Procedure, Detailed Working Instructions, Template to capture required information/data, Data Privacy system annex…etc

- Build the Business kit for Local HR change management.
- Elaborate the SLA and reversed SLA (Service Level Agreement) to ensure a good quality level of service delivery by the HRSC.

- Build Training Kit
- Liaise with the HRSC the Knowledge Transfer to the HRSC
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Tests) run and assist go live.


CERINTE

- Clear and Effective Communication in English (writing and speaking).
- HR processes knowledge, particularly International Mobility management.
- Customer-oriented skills: strong facilitation and presentation experience.
- Analytical and assessment skills, ability to synthesize large amount of information are essential.
- Ability to challenge as-is way of working and propose optimization/simplification.
- Skills to structure and document procedures.
- Ability to transfer knowledge.
- Proactive and independent worker and ability to manage in project mode.
- Experience in a company with HR Shared Services Model.
- Experience in International Projects Experience: working in a culturally diverse environment and with teams in different geographic locations.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Visio for process design.
- Experience in matrix organization company.
- Work Location in Timisoara / Bucharest with monthly business trip : 2 weeks per month in Paris (ALU HQ)
