HR Senior Specialist

- University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources etc.).
- Min 3 years of proven experience in human resources.
- Very Good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection, HR consulting tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of legal requirements for the acquisition and retention of employment and/or contract data and documentation.
- Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of human resources administrative policies and procedures as applicable.
- Qualification in employment contract and labour law is an advantage.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Demonstrate the ability to function as a team member/leader. Team spirit and leadership skills;
- Fluency in English.
