RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, operations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, or training.
•Serves as an internal consultant/advisor to line managers on employee relations issues, engagement strategies, and the leveraging of talent management systems.
•Is first point of HR contact to employees and, consults with employees on any employee relations issues.
•Supports and/or participates in organizational development projects and initiatives.
•Oversees and completes regulatory reporting requirements to ensure compliance requirements, completion dates, and accuracy standards are met.
•Supervises recruitment and selection, advises hiring manager(s) on position and talent requirements.Recruits, interviews, and screens based on organizational and job responsibility fit.
•Leads Compensation&Benefits area, supervises payroll.
•Reports to HR Director.


CERINTE

•Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
•Advanced knowledge of HR plans programs and procedures related to compensation and benefits, staffing, workforce relations, training etc.
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
•Expertise in local labor legislation
•Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to work independently and multi-task
•Fluent in English
•Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel etc
