- Generate and develop new business relations for increasing the client portfolio and business volume;
- Negotiate and sign contracts with customers;
- Provide consultancy on various HR areas: recruitment, performance management, career development, training, compensation, HR strategy;
- Conduct and supervise recruitment projects for top and middle management positions;
- Assist clients in HR strategy development process;
- Develop and coordinate Performance Management System and Employee Opinion Survey projects;
- Coordinate the training projects.

Education and experience:
- University degree in Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant field;
- Relevant experience in Human Resources Management .
