Purpose of this position:
Your role will be to understand and support alignment of the recruiting plan with the sales strategy, in order to effectively help our organization grow as an ‘employer of choice’ for high performing sales talent.
You will have the opportunity to use your deep sourcing skills to identify and attract the best sales professionals.
Main responsibilities:
- Proactively identifies the most suitable candidates for Sales roles in Libra Internet Bank branches (in Bucharest and at national level), focusing on innovative techniques including: social media, cold-calling, networking, field work, etc.)
- Interviews candidates and selects the best matches for the internal client, arranging final discussions (face to face or via Skype);
- Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for current and future roles;
- Permanently communicates with hiring managers and candidates, until hiring decision.
The best candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional hunters, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate professional drive and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- 3 years experience in Direct Sales;
- Experience in Hiring (considered a plus);
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Must be able to work with deadlines and able to recruit for multiple positions at one time;
- Availability for field work.
