RESPONSABILITATI

Cooperates in all the research segments in order to fully support the clients, the candidates and the colleagues (locally and internationally) .
- research, pre-selection, interviewing, selection of the candidates
- candidates final reports preparation
- internal and external communication (clients, candidates, colleagues)
- implement marketing and customer care activities
- reporting (local and towards HQ in Vienna)
- database update
- administration (requested either by the company, client and/or by the local regulations)


CERINTE

- University education as a minimum
- recruitment / research experience is desirable
- experience in customer service (inbound & outbound, retention), telesales
- decision making abilities
- advanced administrative skills
- problem solving abilities
- team playing abilities
- master of communication
- self-initiative and reliable/confidential person
- open and energetic person
- push-trough capacity
- fluent in English , good knowledge of German is a plus
- excellent priority settings ability
- very high personal standards
- advanced PC user (MS Office)
