General Purpose of the Job:
To assist and support all the members of Talentor Romania team within their activities related to candidates, customers and providers.
General Responsibilities:
1. To schedule candidates by phone for interviews
2. To support the sourcing activity within all the recruitment projects, by identifying and contacting potential candidates for on-going projects trough different methodologies (e.g. cold calling, headhunting, e-mailing etc)
3. To schedule business meetings on behalf of Talentor Consultants, with HR Managers or General Managers from targeted companies lists, provided by each Consultant
4. Cold calling for setting business meetings with companies
5. To gather in a structured style, relevant information form media, regarding the actual business environment and distribute it to Talentor members
6. To follow the business events organized in Bucharest and always keep informed the team upon these.
