In order to be a successful Researcher, you should be able to handle several tasks, as follows:
• Conduct research to identify target companies where there are most probably potential candidates e.g. client’s competitors;
• Compile a list of target companies and candidates for inclusion in the proposal to the client;
• Source appropriate candidates, mainly by direct approach;
• Draw up and present a long-list of candidates;
• Perform telephone screening for each candidate on the long list approved by the clients;
• Arrange candidate interviews with the consultant.
• Networking with existing candidates;
• Media research and initiating innovative direct search campaigns.

If you have:
• Previous experience on a similar position of minimum 6 months;
• Excellent knowledge of English – fluency in another foreign language is a plus;

• Higher education degree;
• The ability to work in a team.
