RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting is one of the crucial HR areas, as it provides the necessary data on which the management team relies in the decision process. As part of the team you will:
• Understand and use HR databases and systems (Data Warehouse, Oracle and iPerform) to pull customized reports and draft meaningful conclusions related to our Europe/Latin America locations
• Deliver standard reports according to a pre-set calendar, covering the entire Hire-to-Retire cycle (Exit lists; Attrition; Exit login defects; Promotions; People Scorecard; Monthly people communications; Span, Bench and Band Mix; Appraisal and Goals Completion; Leave; Net Promoter Score)
• Generate ad hoc queries, reports and analyses based on internal customer requests (Global, Leadership, HR Leaders)
• Act as an escalation point for all system issues between Europe / Latin America teams
• Verify system inconsistencies as per logical data flow
• Act as the Europe SPOC for systems and maintain the relation with the global support team
• Coordinate and initiate system updates/corrections, structure and flow data process
• Implement new tools as per business requirements
• Continue to optimize current report formats


CERINTE

• 3 years of reporting experience
• Oral and written fluency in English; Spanish represents a plus
• Master Excel, Word and PowerPoint tools; Visual basic and Access database represent a plus
• Excellent communication skills: ability to synthesize information and present it in written and verbal format
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical, organized personality with a keen eye for details - not satisfied before figures and data are correct
• Able to work simultaneously on different challenging projects and reports
• Capacity to manage and influence at all organizational levels
• Ability to cope with stress and multiple tasks with strong deadline
