RESPONSABILITATI

The HR REPORTING team is extending! As part of this team you will have to pull different HR reports and draft meaningful conclusions for all verticals and locations. This is a role with increased international exposure and your work will be seen by all leaders.

General responsibilities:

Based on a fixed calendar deliver below standard reports:

- Specific Hire To Retire Reports – including additional data/ analyses at different details level (region, vertical, business leader, client name, process)
- Exit list – including additional data/ analyses at different details level (region, vertical, business leader, client name, process name, product name, month of reporting, EWS, billability, language, vintage, reasons, salaries, trainings, rewarding and any other detail useful for attrition analyses)
- Attrition reports – including additional data/ analyses at different details level
- Exit login defects – logged/unlogged exit cases, late logged exits analyze, exit login defect dashboard, follow up and root cause of exit defects
- Language coverage analyze – including additional data/ analyses at different details level (region, vertical, business leader, client name, process)

- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills;

- Excellent communication skills: ability to synthesize information and present in written and verbal format
