- Coordination and supervision of human resources (HR planning, recruiting, coaching and professional orientation, performance management).
- Ensure the recruitment process results in the appointment of high caliber staff and undertake risk analysis.
- Implement, update and develop human resources policies.
- Work closely with the management team to support the development of our organization, driving performance and aiding better retention.
- Drive the HR agenda while supporting change management and new HR initiatives where required.
- Creating and maintaining a work environment suitable for professional excellence.
- University degree (specialization in Human Resource Management could be considered a plus).
- At least 2 years experience in human resources management activities (Workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and induction, training and development, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, labor relations).
- Specific experience in IT recruiting (basic experience is a must, solid background in an IT company is an important advantage).
- In depth understanding of HR processes and up to date knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Structured thinking and business performance oriented person.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Very good English skills. Second foreign language is preferred.
