- To work closely with clients in order to deliver quality and timely recruitment services;
- To apply recruiting and hiring practices in the pre-screening and employment processes;
- To perform full recruitment process: analysis of clients requests, recruitment ads, CV screening, face-to-face interviews, recruitment reports;
- To manage the recruitment & hiring process as a project manager.
- University degree in Technical or Humanities area;
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment area or in HR processes;
- Passion for HR domain;
- Very good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment and selection, HR consulting tools;
- Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of human resources administrative policies and procedures is a plus;
- A proactive and flexible attitude;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Autonomous and results-oriented attitude;
- Availability for traveling around the country;
- Very good level of English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
