At present we are looking for an experienced
HR Project Manager
- Implementation of state of the art HR processes.
- Ensuring management with HR support in order to enable achievement of company goals.
- Project design, implementation and monitoring in various areas of HR;
- Recruiting and integration of new employees;
- Training and development, Change management, Compensation policies;
- Supervision of external service providers;
- Cooperation with works council;
- Providing information and advice to management on HR topics.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources within international companies;
- Proficiency in working with modern HR tools;
- Proven command of English and MS Oftice;
- Excellent communication and cooperation ski Ils;
- Stress resistance and initiative;
- University degree in Law is an advantage.
