RESPONSABILITATI

- Design & implement development systems for all hires of Procurement Center (skill based promotion system, assignment planning systems etc.).
- Establish network with Global Business Services (GBS) community.
- Participate in creating a strong design of the organization.
- Insure all standardized HR systems are fully functional & in place.
- Ensure each & every employee has a training&development plan.
- Solve basic Employee Relations issues (including manager-subordinate relations).
- Collaborate with Employee Relations Manager in market research linked to Procurement.


CERINTE

- University degree.
- Fluency in English language.
- Experience in the HR field is not mandatory, but would be a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in HR field.
