RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Manager - Procurement Center is responsible for Learning, Development & Organization Excellence for Procurement Center, opened in Bucharest, Romania. 1 Opening, apply ASAP.

Main responsibilities:
Design & implement development systems for all hires of Procurement Center (skill based promotion system, assignment planning systems etc.)
Establish network with Global Business Services (GBS) community
Participate in creating a strong design of the organization
Insure all standardized HR systems are fully functional & in place
Ensure each & every employee has a training&development plan
Solve basic Employee Relations issues (including manager-subordinate relations)
Coordinate market research linked to Procurement.


CERINTE

-University degree
- Fluency in English language
- Exposure to HR field
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine interest in HR field.
