The HR Manager - Organizational Excellence is responsible for Learning, Development & Organization Excellence for our Balkans organization.
Open to applicants from all Balkans countries!
Main responsibilities:
Participate in creating a strong design of the organization
Insure all standardized HR systems are fully functional & in place
Ensure each & every employee has a training&development plan
Involve in coordinating and implementing Training and Development strategies.
- University degree
- Fluency in English language
- Experience in the HR field is not mandatory, but would be a plus
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine interest in HR field.
