- Lead and support the line management with selection, assessment, introduction and guidance of the employees
- Develop and lead staffing and recruitment projects to bring the best talents on board.
- Provide HR support to the Operations (Plant&Logistics) functions of the company, to ensure the phases of the performance management process cycle are effectively and timely implemented.
- Counsel and support the functional management in the preparation of People Planning, Job Descriptions, organizational changes, training and recruitment budgets
- Have the HR responsibility for Operations (Plant and Logistics)
- Develop Annual Operating Plan (headcount, training plan, events)
- Identify Recruiting Needs and execute recruiting projects
- Supervise company - labour relationship
- University degree, preferably in psychology, pedagogy or other social sciences
- Minimum 4 years HR professional experience, ideally within a multinational company with production facilities
- Previous exposure to unions and/or compensation &benefits practices are preferable
- Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, especially in the blue-collar level
- Organisation sensitivity
- High impact and influence
- Very good customer service orientation
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent command of English language
