- Lead and support the line management with selection, assessment, introduction and guidance of the employees. Develop and lead staffing and recruitment projects to bring the best talents on board
- Provide HR support to the Operations (Plant&Logistics) functions of the copmany, to ensure the phases of the performance management process cycle are effectively and timely implemented
- Counsel and support the functional management in the preparation of People Planning, Job Descriptions, organizational changes, training and recruitment budgets
- Has the HR responsibility for Operations (Plant&Logistics)
- Develop Annual Operation Plan
- Identify Recruiting Needs and execute recruiting prejects
- Supervise company - labor relationship
- University degree, preferably in psychology, pedagogy or other social sciences
- minimum 4 years HR professional experience, ideally within in a multinational company with production facilities; used to work with blue-collars, exposure to unions and/or compensation&benefits practices are preferable
- Interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, especially in the blue-collar level
- Very good customer service orientation
- Good analytical skills
- High impact and influence
- Organisation sensitivity
- Excellent command of English language
- PC literate
