Barnett McCall is looking at present for a person to fill in the role of HR.MANAGER
The key responsibilities of this position are:
- the initial job will require the implementation of human capital processes linked to supporting the business results, than the focus will be on process standardization and continual improvement.
- creating Human Capital Strategy together with the company's management to support business unit and corporate strategy.
- preparation of resources/budget to support the plan.
- creating the employee policy manual, the employee induction process and the job description for each major job model
- implementation of performance management system and employee compensation including salary banding, uniform bonus programs, share plans, medical benefits, other benefits.
The ideal candidate has a strong and provable experience in the HR Management field, preferably in a complex multinational service company.
You must have long term experience in setting up especially recruitment strategies and performance management processes.
You should be a complex problem solving - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement.
We also need a judgment and decision maker; active listening; critical thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
