RESPONSABILITATI

In charge of:

* Managing the HR Strategy,
* Keeping the compliance with labour law,
* Coordinating the recruiting & training activity;
* Daily HR administration, payroll data managing;
* Coordinating the outsourced payroll activity;
* Managing the compensation & bonus system;
* Creating HR policies, keeping contact with outside authorities.
* Implementing the mission statement, developing the HR strategy and adapting it to the regional market.


CERINTE

You could be the ideal candidate if you:

* Speak fluently Hungarian, English and Romanian
* Have a University Degree in HR area
* Have strong experience in electronics / telecommunication field
* Are experienced in multinational environment
* Have minimum 6+ years experience in HR field
* Have background in team leading & organization management
* Have a strong motivation for building a team and implementing new strategies
* Are interested in developing a career inside a multinational, stable and developing company
