Coordinating the activities within the HR Department;
Being responsible for the search, recruitment and selection processes;
Being in charge with the personnel administration;
Assessing training needs and implementing training & development programs;
Being responsible with personnel career planning activities;
Keeping updated with the labour legislation;
Developing excellent internal communication systems;
Maintaining a friendly and challenging working environment;
Being involved in the elaboration of strategies regarding the HR field.
Previous relevant experience within the Human Resources field;
Knowledge of Human Resources principles, labour legislation and best HR practices;
Excellent communication skills;
Open personality and empathy;
Fluent in English;
Creativity and initiative.
