RESPONSABILITATI

Mission:
Lead and manage the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) in line with approved:
Customer service level agreements
HR processes and related roll-out roadmaps
Budget
Globally mandated initiatives related to technology, documentation management, process improvements, etc.

THE JOB IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA

Main responsibilities:
· Ensure continuity of service through ongoing recruitment, development/training, knowledge-sharing, succession planning and retention of HR Shared Services Centre employees
· Organization design of the HR SSC, taking into account the gradual increase in scope.
· Contribution to the definition of the HRSSC Service Catalogue
· Execution of the HRSSC Service Catalogue by managing content, quality, time, load and cost according to Key Performance Indicators
· Day-to-day people management of the HR SSC with special focus on continuous load balancing and practice, employee motivation and development opportunities.
· Clarify roles and responsibilities, builds and communicates clear performance indicators and tracks deliverables to meet commitments.
· Management of the HRSSC budget
· Identification and escalation of opportunities to optimize IS system/IT infrastructure usage
· Change management to facilitate the introduction of the new HR service delivery model towards employees, managers and HR
· Establish & maintain professional relationships with Key Stakeholders in HR
· Foster knowledge sharing with other HRSSC Leaders
· Grow expertise in leading an HR Service Centre by staying abreast of new evolutions in this domain


CERINTE

Understands well the key business parameters for service delivery in general and particularly in the context of a service centre.
· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operational HR domain either as general manager, strategic business partner, or practice leader.
Or
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an operational manager in a high-tech customer service delivery environment, strongly focused on process, resource and cost and quality optimization.
Experience in growing and motivating teams in an international business context.
Experience in managing change projects such as introduction of global tools/processes or international knowledge/work transfers.

HR service portfolio building and maintenance in a service delivery environment

· Process improvement identification and implementation methodologies
· Data privacy regulations
Able to work fluently in English and other languages as required to meet the HR SSC assigned country scope
