Partner with Team/Business Unit Leaders to ensure all HR systems and practices are in place
Assist in Resolving Employee Relations and Policy queries
Drive organization effectiveness through coaching and ensuring right interventions/resources are available to the business unit
Drive individual performance (Employee Work Plans; People Development tools/capabilities; Training needs assessment; Coaching capabilities; Rewards & Recognition)
Communicate / Deploy / Customize corporate HR initiatives
Organization sensing (In touch with people; Employee Survey; Exit interviews)
Participate in creating a strong design of the organization.
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the HR field is not mandatory, but would be a plus
- Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law would be also a plus
- Genuine interest in HR field.
