CERINTE

* Bachelor Degree in management or law or psychology
* Minimum 3-4 years experience as HR Coordinator / Manager
* Having strong knowledge of labor law and its implementation
* Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the human resources operation
* Strong knowledge of company s regulation
* Have strong knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation, recruitment, payroll & training, performance appraisal
* Good leadership, excellent communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
* Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
* Ability to solve industrial / technical disputes
