- Develops and manages personnel policies;
- Contributes to the recruitment of personnel, training, compensation etc;
- Participates in training programs for new employees;
- Develops programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment;
- Develops and directs administration of employee performance appraisal programs;
- Conducts research into personnel programs and activities and recommends changes or innovations where desirable;
- Represents the company in labor-management relations.
