The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years HR experience preferably in a customer focused environment. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to work on a tactical level as well as strategize with executive leadership. This person will act as a true business partner and consultant with the executive leadership of the division. Candidates must have organizational development experience, demonstrated communication planning and execution expertise, performance management and training.

Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience.
Content knowledge & dedicated experience in at least two of the HR specialist functions (compensation, training, employee relations, organizational development), including implementation and roll-out of compensation, benefits, OD/training.
Well developed project management, consultation and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence others without direct management/reporting relationships.
Must have strong communications skills.
Ability to develop relationships as well as work with and influence all types of people at all levels of the organization.
