RESPONSABILITATI

• to assist in defining short and long term manpower plans to ascertain that the company has professional first class recruitment processes, selection techniques and properly trained interviewers in order to ensure that the best talent is recruited taking into account and future company needs;
• to participate in the planning and execution of the graduate recruitment activities that will ensure the supply of the best available talent from within through ensuring full commitment and involvement of line management in the recruitment, selection and development process;
• to initiate, implement, co-ordinate and monitor all performance, succession and development related processes in order to ensure that all managers and employees are provided with the appropriate skills in the right place at the right time;
• to build and develop effective employee and industrial relations through the implementation of clear, open and structured communication/ involvement channels that will encourage identification with the company, its vision, goals and objectives;
• to ensure that immediate subordinates are properly trained and developed so that they are fully prepared/ equipped to take up actual and future responsibilities;
• to be responsible to create the training and development plan for the company into consideration the identified training needs.
• to manage the training budget both for departments and transversal training activities;
• to manage all logistic aspects of training programs organized both internally or externally;
• to assess the training results and propose measures to improve training efficiency;
• to establish a strategy for internal communication, founded mainly on creating and distributing to all employees a company newsletter, implementing an integrated internal communication flow and make working quarterly the departments team briefings with their director;
• to be responsible to implement the induction program for all new employees;
• to be responsible for sharing with all employees the culture and the values of the company;
• to develop and implement procedures;
• to develop and implement a company-wide performance review system-develop and implement(advised by CEO)a company-wide incentive/bonus scheme.


CERINTE

• University Degree good knowledge of personnel management and Labor Laws;
• Minimum 3 years experience in multi-national company;
• Very good verbal and written skills in English;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Very good communication skills, open-minded, dynamic, team player;
• Strong people management and organization skills, strategic thinker.
• Good listener, common sense of thinks
