¿ Manages the company¿s human resources activities.
¿ Works with executives to develop organizational design and human resources policies and procedures that are consistent with company strategies and systems.
¿ Plans and implements human resources programs for various areas of human resources management, such as recruitment, selection and induction, compensation and benefits.
¿ Oversees employee¿s career management by supporting performance reviews, training & development activities and contributing to employee¿s motivation.
¿ Works closely with executive management, and directs the efforts of HR management and related staff.
¿ Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel.

¿ Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. Experience in working for a distribution network is a plus.
