RESPONSABILITATI

-Coordinates human resources activities and the HR department team.
-Develops and implements the human resources strategy, in accordance with company business targets and Group HR strategy.
-Identifies high potentials in order to support the development of young managers.
-Defines job profiles and descriptions together with department managers.
-Consults and supports the company management and executive personnel in legal questions of industrial relations.
-Plans and coordinates training and further learning and development activities.
-Coordinates the selection, assessment and integration of employees, in order to allocate the right people to the right positions.
-Boosts identification of the employees with the company by sustaining company culture.
-Develops employees’ motivation strategies.
-Designs and supervises the implementation of a rewards and recognition system for the employees.
-Defines and monitors the implementation of the performance management system within the company.
-Coordinates the management of payroll issues, maintenance of employees’ records.
-Keeps record of compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
-Handles employee complaints and questions.


CERINTE

-Minim 4 years of experience in coordinating human resources activities
-Experience in dealing with work unions is an asset
-University degree (preferably in Psychology or Business/Economics)
-Knowledge of human resources processes and systems: recruitment, induction, performance management, training
-General economic knowledge, understanding of business systems, strategy, controlling and revision
-Knowledge of labor law and payroll issues in the human resources field
-High emotional intelligence, diplomacy and discretion
-Negotiation skills
-Excellent communication abilities, oral and in writing
-Fluent French, good knowledge of English is an asset
