RESPONSABILITATI

HR Manager, reporting to HR Manager, Europe and to the Studio Manager on a daily basis, is responsible for managing the HR function to enable the company to make best use of its human capital through the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programmes that ensure compliance with Government legislation and designed to meet the business’ needs and develop and retain a motivated, competent, enthusiastic and energetic workforce.


CERINTE

- Strong experience in increasingly challenging HR generalist roles
- Proven track record as an HR manager, developing and implementing HR programs that are driven by the business needs
- In depth appreciation/experience of employee relations - current laws, regulations and policies pertaining to HR
- Strong experience in training - both in the design and delivery
- Strong "best for the team/business" personality - support, challenge, persuade/influence, drive resolution and manage change within a complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - ability to listen, communicate, be trusted, and influence employees at all levels
- Internal customer-driven HR consulting experience - can contribute to general business issues
- Degree or equivalent qualification, and ideally with formal HR qualification/certification
- Computer literate- proficient in the use of Microsoft
