RESPONSABILITATI

Stabileste strategia organizationala si coordoneaza activitatile de dezvoltare organizationala din cadrul companiei;
Stabileste si implementeaza strategia departamentului HR;
Stabileste si implementeaza politicile, procedurile de lucru ale departamentului HR;
Concepe si implementeaza sisteme interne de evaluare si motivare a personalului, inclusiv a planurilor de cariera;
Asigura suport si consultanta in ceea ce priveste legislatia muncii;
Realizeaza studii de piata privind forta de munca;
Coordoneaza intreaga activitate a departamentului HR.


CERINTE

Studii superioare absolvite; studii in managementul resurselor umane reprezinta un avantaj;
Experienta de minim 3 ani intr-o pozitie similara si minim 5 ani in domeniul resurselor umane, preferabil intr-o companie ce activeaza in domeniul IT;
Experienta in implementarea sistemelor de resurse umane;
Persoana dinamica, cu spirit de initiativa, proactiva;
Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare;
Capacitatea de a coordona o echipa;
Cunostinte PC – pachetul Microsoft Office;
Cunostinte de limba engleza nivel avansat;
Cunostinte de legislatia muncii.
