NAME: HR MANAGER

The Human Resources Manager will be accountable for the entire HR functions and employees relations within the Group, responsibilities will include: leading, developing, implementing long-term HR staffing strategies & targets, personnel rules & regulations, and programs for employees training, safety, health, and morale. He/She will manages a Human Resources Department, overseeing administration of full-cycle recruiting process, accurate personnel records database, legal compliances, labor relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.



RESPONSIBILITIES:
./ Provides Group?s overall leadership in the Human Resources administration interfaces and coordinates the efforts of Group?s .Divisions? ! Departments? ! Activities? personnel, ensuring continuity, integrity and confidentiality.
./ Formulates and updates a handbook/manual orientation, modernized and streamlined company?s information, guidance, support, and answers on all HR policies, procedures, and HR related issues for all employees.
./ Creates and manages position/job descriptions.
./ Develops and implements full-cycle recruiting process: post openings, advertising, screening resumes, interviewing, testing, negotiate position offers, and process hiring ! introducing, terminations, retention, retirements, etc.
./ Assures and safeguards Equal Employment Opportunity, proper reporting & compliance with all government regulations, withholding proper taxes, appraising employees? performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems, investigate accidents of sensitive situations, etc.
./ Facilitates payroll process, confirm payroll deductions, overtime, absenteeism, and other} related changes; monitors leave requests and related issues; performs rewarding and disciplining employees.
./ Provides and communicates to High Management creative ! constructive human resource ideas of new programs: seminars, training, education reimbursement, coin your ideas, quality circle, etc.
./ Continuously reviews HR process? implementation, modification, and system enhancements that will improve overall efficiency and control.
./ Builds and maintains an accurate and complete Human Resources Information System (HRIS) of employees and candidates.

./ Brilliant interviewing skills and must be able to use a variety of selection techniques and tools.
./ Leads a comprehensive communications effort.



OUALIFICATIONS:
1 ./ Higher University Degree is required, ideally at doctoral (PH.D.) level or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
./ Certified Human Resources Management (CHRM) designation is highly preferred.
./ Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources management and developing people, preferably with increasing supervisor responsibilities, within a production ! industrial environment.
./ Experience of working with a multicultural workforce is a plus.
./ Exceptional interpersonal, confidential, tactful, oral & written presentation, and communication skills.
./ Organized and be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
./ Bilingual: English - Romanian.
