RESPONSABILITATI

The HR manager has to ensure the day-to-day administration of policies and procedures of the group regarding recruitment, appraisals, training, and employee relations. Permanent cooperation with the department managers to create a positive and well-functioning work environment is required.


CERINTE

Professional Experience:

The candidate should have a previous experience in companies with an important sales force, preferably within the distribution channel of FMCG sector.

Professional experience: minimum 3 years of experience in HR department and a good understanding of specific processes and laws.

Studies requirements: Economic or commercial formation with an university degree.
