JOB SUMMARY:
- Actively contributes to the development and accomplishment of the Company¿s Business Plan and Objectives in line with its mission, vision and values; creates and implements policies and procedures, close collaboration with the top management (but not limited to),
- Customer orientation (internal and external), builds employee¿s loyalty
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Plans, directs and coordinates human resources management activities of the Company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and develop functions such as employee compensations and benefits, payroll and administration, recruitment, personnel policies, internal communication, regulatory compliance
- Designs and implement employee development plans to encourage staff retention and job satisfaction
- Forecasts future staffing and organizational needs
- Analyzes training needs to design employee development and health and safety programs; designs and conducts new employee orientations, administers and explains benefits and conditions to employees
- Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover
- Improves and develops HR strategy and performance in cooperation with top management, jobs evaluation and salary policies, compensation and benefits
- Liaise with all department managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and goals
- University degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in similar position (multi national environment is a plus);
- Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, labour legislation (laws, legal codes etc) compensation and benefits and personnel information systems;
- Use of HR best practices, demonstrated strategic thinking, business planning and strong focus;
- Good planning and presentation skills, attention to details;
- Excellent English and communication skills (written and spoken);
- Team player, solution oriented, visible leader abilities, able to train, motivate, teach and promote people as a value.
