RESPONSABILITATI

- Support the line management in personnel planning for both short and long term;
- Develop and lead staffing and resourcing projects to bring the best available talents on board;
- Support the line management with selection, integration assessment, and development of employees;
- Ensure that all the people processes are implemented according to applicable HR guidelines and procedures;
- Ensure the implementation and execution of soft skills training programs in line with the agreed developmental needs;
- Ensure high quality of individual performance appraisals by supporting the line management;
- Support the line management with cross functional moves, project groups and communication across the board of HR practices and tools.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- 3 years experience in HR area, preferably with a HR generalist background Knowledge & practice of various interviewing / selection / assessment techniques;
- Experience in use of modern HR tools & systems;
- Self motivator;
- Highly achievement orientated individual with demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities;
- Customer service oriented;
- Consulting and influencing skills;
- Good spoken and written business English
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
