RESPONSABILITATI

In order to become our colleague you need to be passionate about HR and recruitment.

Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the recruitment process:
- Analyze the requests and needs of the clients.
- Developing HR strategies for all projects.
- Define job descriptions.
- Establishing the best sourcing channels for finding the best candidates.
- Identifying new and innovative sourcing methods.
- Post the announces for the vacant positions on
different sources.
- Review and select the applications.
- Identify potential candidates in accordance with job description.
- Conduct the interviews (face to face and telephone interviews).
- Providing feedback.
- Initiate and develop alliances and partnerships with universities and students organizations.
