RESPONSABILITATI

- Works closely with managers across the company in order to determine the recruitment needs. Analyzes workforce planning and staffing needs within assigned operational areas.
- Coordinates recruitment and selection projects for managerial and non-managerial positions;
- Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
- Coordinates the process of performance planning and evaluation, provides support to management in order to ensure fairness and equity;
- Coordinates the implementation of the HR strategies, polices, procedures, guidelines and best practices;
- Performs monthly analyses regarding turnover, time utilization, exit causes;
- Participates in Job Analysys and Succession Planning Projects.


CERINTE

- University graduate;
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, exposed to recruitment and selection processes as well as to organizational development projects;
- Communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent English command (reading, speaking, written).
- A real and proven team-player;
- A very organized person.
