RESPONSABILITATI

Overall responsibilities: Support client base by performing a wide range of human resource functions including:

•Implementation and facilitation of global, regional and local HR Programs and other programs as they arise;
•Employment Relations and Legislation;
•Employee Counselling and Performance Management;
•Recruitment (request forms, advertisement, appointments, correspondence, feedback, etc.) in conjunction with the Staffing Specialist;
•Hiring process (contract, induction, etc.);
•Termination process (exit check list, etc.)
•Manage external vendor’s invoices (Manpower, Sodexho, etc.);
•Involvement in Monthly payroll closing
•Incentive payment involvement (MIP, FOIP, Sales incentives, etc.)
•Other award coordination (like Bravo, referral bonus, etc.)
•Manage external vendor’s invoices (Manpower, Sodexho, etc.)
•People Soft data management, maintenance
•Reports
•Language course coordination
•Ad hoc tasks (employment certification, holiday tracking, etc.)
•Organizing internal local trainings and manage the training administration, training material, data tracking, correspondence, etc.

Skills required:
•Strong interest in developing a career in HR
•Effective, accurate, proactive and attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills
•Labour law knowledge

Experience / Education required
•College or University degree – preferable in HR or related field
•At least 2 years experience in HR – preferable with Multinational company
•Fluent English
